About FDMM

Built for critical minerals

Freedom Metals Acquisition Corp. (FDMM) is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed to identify, acquire, and scale transformative businesses across the mining and critical minerals sector.

The FDMM team brings deep expertise across mining law and commercial transactions, capital markets, investment management, and both traditional IPO and SPAC execution. We combine this foundation with a global network of investors, advisors, geologists, and operators to unlock value for companies ready to access the public markets.

FDMM is led by Peter Finan, a mining-focused lawyer admitted in the U.S., England, and Wales, with more than 20 years spanning legal and commercial roles on international natural resource transactions. He is Managing Principal of Serus Legal PLLC and Founder and CEO of MineMaker LLC, a mining investment platform connecting project owners with capital.

The company is supported by Next Layer Capital, Silicon Valley Capital Advisors, SCP Resource Finance, and the Critical Minerals Forum, pairing sector knowledge with proven capital markets execution.

Our mission is to be the trusted first-call SPAC partner for critical minerals companies looking to access the public markets.
